Our Journey
Club History
Club Founded
A small group of 18 sportsmen and women established Arrowhead Gun Club on a 340-acre parcel of forested land in the Pacific Northwest, building the first rifle range by hand.
First Trap Fields Built
Two regulation trap fields were constructed, expanding the club's offerings beyond rifle and pistol disciplines and attracting shotgun enthusiasts from across the region.
Youth Program Launched
The Arrowhead Youth Shooting Education program was established, providing safety training and marksmanship fundamentals to young people aged 12-17.
Clubhouse & Facilities Expansion
The modern timber-frame clubhouse was completed, along with expanded parking, updated range facilities, and dedicated classroom space for safety education.
Sporting Clays Course Opens
A 10-station sporting clays course was added, later expanded to 14 stations, winding through forest and meadow to simulate diverse hunting scenarios.
50th Anniversary & Conservation Partnership
Arrowhead celebrated five decades of shooting sports excellence and launched a formal conservation partnership with the Northwest Conservation Trust.
Today
With over 1,200 active members, state-of-the-art electronic target systems, and a growing community, Arrowhead continues to set the standard for premium shooting sports in the Pacific Northwest.

Range Maintenance
Help keep our facilities in top condition with regular work days focused on target repairs, station upkeep, and grounds maintenance.
4 hours / monthYouth Mentoring
Share your knowledge and passion by assisting with youth programs, coaching young shooters, and helping the next generation develop safe, responsible habits.
2-4 hours / week during programsEvent Support
Volunteer at competitions, charity shoots, and club events. Roles include registration, scoring, setup, and participant assistance.

Participate in habitat restoration, trail maintenance, tree planting, and wildlife monitoring projects on club grounds and partner conservation areas.
